REPP Sales Team - Setter
Job Title: Sales Setter (Full-Time, Remote)
Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing real estate photography coaching company with a mission to help individuals start and scale successful real estate photography businesses. With over a decade in the industry and three successful years of providing top-tier coaching, we have established ourselves as leaders in the field.
Job Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Setter to join our team. This position is crucial to our company's growth and involves working with inbound leads to identify and qualify potential customers. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in our services, understand their needs and qualifications, and present our coaching programs as the solution that will help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting and qualifying inbound leads, both those who have submitted interest forms and those who have scheduled calls with our team.
- Engaging effectively with potential customers, building rapport, and understanding their needs and qualifications.
- Presenting our coaching programs effectively and persuasively to qualified leads.
- Adhering to and embodying our company values in all interactions, with the understanding that integrity and team player spirit are paramount to success in this role.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and adhere to company values.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively.
Compensation: This is a full-time remote position. We offer a competitive commission structure, with on-target earnings between $5k and $10k per month.

REPP Media Team - Content Creator
Job Title: Social Media Content Creator (Full-Time, In-Person, Aventura, FL)

With over a decade in the industry and three successful years of providing top-tier coaching, we have established ourselves as leaders in the field.
Job Summary: We're looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team and work closely with our influencer, Eli Jones (@itselijones). This role will be responsible for ideating, shooting, editing, and posting influencer-style video content for Eli's YouTube and Instagram platforms. This full-time position requires some travel and a keen understanding of trends in influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Eli Jones to develop, execute, and refine content ideas for YouTube and Instagram video content.
- Shoot, edit, and post videos that capture Eli's unique style, resonate with his followers, and attract new ones.
- Ensure all content aligns with our brand and appeals to our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with influencer trends and implement best practices in all content creation.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in video content creation, ideally within the influencer or digital marketing space.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- Ability to capture our influencer's style and translate it into engaging and relatable content.
- Basic graphic design skills and understanding of visual aesthetics.
- Willingness to travel as required with Eli (paid by company)
Compensation: This is a full-time, in-person position based in Aventura, Florida. Salary will be commensurate with experience and scope of work, with a range of $4k to $6k per month.
